Ruben began his career in a high-profile hospitality and corporate security environment, where he developed the foundations of client service, risk management, and protective operations. Those early experiences established the professional standards that continue to guide Lupa Inc. today.
Having served in roles ranging from front-line operations to executive leadership and company ownership, Ruben brings a comprehensive understanding of both security operations and client expectations. This experience provides a unique perspective on what it takes to deliver effective security solutions in today’s evolving environment.
Over the course of his 23-year career, Ruben has managed and supported a wide range of security operations, including executive protection, ultra-high-net-worth residential estates, celebrity protection, family office security programs, corporate security operations, venue security, tour security, and complex security management assignments. His work has taken him across the United States and internationally, supporting clients who require professionalism, discretion, and a trusted security partner.
Today, Lupa Inc. operates throughout Los Angeles and San Francisco while supporting clients nationwide and internationally. From California to New York, Texas, Hawaii, Costa Rica, Italy, and London, our team provides tailored security solutions designed to meet the unique needs of each client and environment.
